As our Family Programming Director, you’ll lead the vision, development, and execution of childcare, playroom, camp, and family-focused programming across our clubs. You’ll guide and inspire front-line team members, ensure safe and engaging environments for children, and design programs that create lasting memories for families. This role blends leadership, creativity, operational oversight, and hospitality to deliver experiences that reflect our commitment to quality, safety, and community.

You’ll oversee team training and scheduling, program development, member engagement, and continuous improvement — ensuring that every family touchpoint feels organized, energetic, and aligned with the Elite experience.
