Role Overview
As a Swim Instructor (Adaptive Experience Preferred), you’ll create safe, confidence-building lessons for swimmers of all ages and abilities. You’ll teach private and small-group classes, adapt instruction for individual needs—including children and families with disabilities—reinforce water safety, and communicate progress clearly to swimmers and parents. Most importantly, you’ll bring friendliness, energy, and a service-first mindset—helping people feel supported while they build skills and enjoy the water.
