Regional Director of Camps & Children’s Programming

As our Regional Director of Camps & Children’s Programming, you’ll play a key leadership role in overseeing childcare, playroom, camp, and children’s programming across multiple club locations. You’ll set the strategic vision, support club-level program leaders, and ensure safe, engaging, and high-quality experiences that families trust and look forward to year after year.
You’ll guide and develop front-line teams, establish operational standards, drive enrollment and retention, and ensure compliance with safety policies and best practices. This role blends strategic leadership, program development, operational oversight, and hospitality to deliver consistent, elevated youth programming that reflects our commitment to professionalism, quality, and community.
You’ll oversee seasonal camp planning, staffing and training, curriculum development, budgeting, and continuous improvement — ensuring that every children’s touchpoint across our clubs feels organized, energetic, and aligned with the Elite experience.
