This Role: Opening Front Desk Shift
We’re currently hiring for an Opening Front Desk Team Member, with scheduled hours from 4:30 AM to 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday. This is a critical time for our club and sets the tone for the day, so we’re looking for someone who is highly dependable, punctual, and professional.
There may be opportunities for additional shifts over time, but we’re especially focused on finding a reliable team member to anchor this early morning role.

As a Front Desk Team Member, your role is to deliver a consistently exceptional experience for every person who walks through the doors. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes members, supports club operations, and helps ensure a safe, smooth, and positive environment.
Your Role on the Team – What You’ll Do
Greet members and guests with professionalism, energy, and a smile
Check members in and out using our member management system
Assist with locker assignments, guest check-ins, and basic reporting
Monitor equipment check-out/in and help maintain proper inventory
Support club safety and security by remaining alert and aware at the desk
Answer phones, take messages, and provide accurate information to members
Help create a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
Assist with lost & found, daily logs, and communication with other departments
Provide helpful, positive service—even during early and busy morning hours

Core Qualifications
1+ year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a front desk setting
Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment
Available to work 4:30 AM to 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday
Open to potentially picking up additional shifts when available
Must be authorized to work in the United States
