Your Game Plan – Create Memorable On-Court Experiences
As a Tennis Professional, you’ll deliver dynamic and engaging instruction that builds both skill and love for the game. You’ll coach group and private lessons, support clinics, lead programs and events, and bring fun, consistency, and professionalism to everything you do.
From juniors learning the basics to adults perfecting their backhands, you’ll help players of all ages and abilities develop confidence, community, and a passion for tennis that keeps them coming back.
Your Role on the Team – What You’ll Be Leading
  • Deliver high-quality individual and group tennis instruction for all ages and skill levels
  • Create an engaging, positive, and supportive on-court environment
  • Assist in organizing and coaching camps, clinics, leagues, tournaments, and social events
  • Communicate with players and families to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience
  • Support the racquet sports team with ideas, energy, and professionalism
  • Stay current with industry trends and teaching methods to continually improve your coaching approach
  • Inspire confidence, sportsmanship, and fun on every court
What You Bring – Your Strengths
  • A passion for helping players improve, connect, and enjoy the game
  • Strong technical knowledge of tennis fundamentals and strategy
  • Excellent communication skills—you make people feel seen, supported, and motivated
  • A natural ability to build rapport and create an inclusive team environment
  • Organizational skills to help coordinate programming, events, and court time effectively
Core Qualifications
  • Experience as a tennis coach or instructor, with a track record of success across a range of ages and levels
  • Professional and personable presence, on and off the court
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Tennis certification (e.g., USPTA, PTR, Safe Play) is a plus, but not required

  • Competitive hourly rate or commission structure, based on experience and lesson volume
