About the Role – Be the Guardian of the Pool
As a Summer Lifeguard, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety of all members and guests enjoying our outdoor aquatic facilities. Your watchful eye and quick response will help make summer fun, safe, and memorable for everyone.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise swimmers and poolside activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe, welcoming environment

  • Enforce pool rules consistently and with care

  • Respond swiftly and appropriately to emergencies, providing first aid and lifesaving support as needed

  • Perform routine checks of pool areas and equipment, keeping things clean, safe, and running smoothly

  • Communicate confidently and kindly with guests of all ages

  • Stay sharp through regular training and safety drills

What You’ll Bring:

  • Current lifeguard certification (e.g., American Red Cross, Ellis & Associates)

  • CPR/AED certification (required)

  • Strong swimming and rescue skills

  • Clear, calm communication and a friendly presence

  • Dependability and a commitment to safety

  • Previous experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right candidate
