We are looking to add a strong, business development and sales focused leader to our team!

Position Overview: This regional leadership role is focused on finding areas for partnership and lead generation in the communities surrounding the clubs, hiring, training developing and managing an energetic and passionate sales and marketing force across all clubs, and achieving growth targets!

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and team development.
  • Strong ability to recruit and retain top talent.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, flexible approach.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to areas outside of official domain.
