• Be the Face of Elite – Welcome potential new members with a smile, give exciting club tours, and showcase everything Elite Sports Clubs has to offer.
• Build Fitness Dreams – Match members with the perfect membership plan based on their lifestyle, fitness goals, and family needs.
• Relationship Builder – Cultivate lasting connections with members by getting to know their names, goals, and favorite activities at the club.
• Follow-Up Fanatic – Keep in touch with prospects and make sure they have everything they need to join the Elite family.
• Problem-Solving Wizard – Answer questions, resolve membership concerns, and find creative ways to keep members engaged and happy.
• Club Ambassador – Know the club inside and out—whether it’s fitness classes, spa services, or youth programs, you’ll be the go-to person for info!
