Regional Racquet Sports Director

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Racquet Sports Director to lead our programming efforts and elevate the overall player experience. Specifically focused on tennis and pickleball. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee comprehensive programming for tennis and pickleball offered at our all facilities.
• Create innovative and engaging programs for players of all ages and skill levels, including clinics, camps, leagues, tournaments, and special events.
• Hire, develop and collaborate with the tennis and pickleball team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality instruction and coaching to all participants.
• Manage program schedules, registrations, and communications to ensure a seamless experience for players and their families.
• Monitor program performance and participant feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements as needed.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our programming offerings.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in tennis and racquet sports programming, with a proven track record of success in developing and delivering innovative programs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team and players alike.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively plan, coordinate, and execute programming initiatives.
• Passion for tennis and pickleball and a genuine desire to help players of all ages and abilities achieve their goals and enjoy the game.
• Certification from a recognized tennis or racquet sports organization is preferred but not required.
