Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring Childcare Attendants to join our team in the Playroom. As a Childcare Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for the children of our members while they enjoy the club's amenities.
 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and interact with children in the Playroom, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including games, crafts, and storytelling.
• Maintain a clean and organized Playroom environment, including sanitizing toys and equipment.
• Follow club policies and procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality of children and their belongings.
• Communicate effectively with parents to provide updates on their children's activities and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with other Playroom staff to ensure smooth operation and adherence to schedules.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in a childcare setting preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and interact positively with children of all ages.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
